James A. Fellows, Ph.D, CPA
James A. Fellows,
Ph.D, CPA, is Florida Progress Professor of Accounting at The University of South Florida in St.
Petersburg. Professor Fellows holds a Ph.D from Louisiana State
University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of
Florida. He has published widely in academic and professional journals,
and also practices as an independent consultant on tax issues affecting
small businesses.
